Kivik Digital Group sends SMS messages primarily for customer care and conversational purposes, including responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and providing service-related communication across our AI automation, revenue-recovery, and operational-performance services. We also send appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations for booked consultations — for example, AI Automation Reviews, Revenue Leak Reviews, the HVAC Revenue Leak Audit, and other Kivik Digital Group engagements.
In some cases, we may send limited follow-up messages to contacts who have opted in or have an existing business relationship with us, to provide relevant information about our services. These messages are not sent in bulk to unconsented recipients.

- Message and data rates may apply. Kivik Digital Group does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for SMS or data usage according to your plan.
- The program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Kivik Digital Group at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT
You'll receive one final confirmation message. After that, you'll receive no further SMS communications from us, except as may be required to confirm your opt-out.
If you ever wish to opt back in, simply re-submit your phone number through our contact form and re-check the consent box.
